Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZenFluence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

ZenFluence provides AI-powered tools for creating virtual social media influencer profiles, including AI-generated images, videos, bios, and content strategies. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content created using ZenFluence. We do not claim ownership of your generated influencer profiles, images, videos, or other content. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ZenFluence to:

  • Create content that impersonates real individuals without their consent
  • Generate deceptive or fraudulent content intended to mislead others
  • Produce content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or promotes violence
  • Violate the terms of service of any social media platform

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Credits

Credits are consumed when generating influencer profiles and content. Credit costs vary by feature: basic profiles (1 credit), gallery images (2 credits), video generation (+1 per video), and LoRA face training (+5 credits). Unused credits roll over month to month for active subscriptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZenFluence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but you may export your generated content beforehand.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Email address, username, and password when you create an account.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
  • Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used and content generated.
  • Uploaded content: Reference images you upload for face training and profile generation.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (generation complete, billing, etc.)
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Respond to support requests

Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. Uploaded reference images used for LoRA training are deleted within 30 days of training completion. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@zenfluence.com.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate ZenFluence, including Stripe for payments, AI model providers for content generation, and cloud hosting providers. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and download your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Export your generated content
